StephTV.net is a technology and entertainment, Internet-based broadcasting channel featuring exclusive interviews with people in music, film, interactive, extreme sports and other interesting, creative fields. All interviews are conducted by veteran entertainment and technology journalist, recording artist and studio kid Steph Jorgl. As a professional writer, editor and web publisher, Steph spent over four years producing music, film, games and extreme sports stories for Apple.com and Prosoundweb.com before launching her own successful features-based, recording magazine in 2003, Audiohead. Steph now contributes cover stories and content to Electronic Musician, Digizine and EQ. She also served as Technology Editor for the launch of Harris Publications’ Scratch Magazine in Spring 2004. From Audiohead.net to StephTV.net Through her Audiohead.net site, which launched in February 2003 and now regularly draws between 35,000 and 50,000 unique visitors per month, Steph regularly delivers insightful biographies and in-the-studio interviews, audio event coverage, tech tips and tricks, and product reviews. After realizing how cool it would be to bring these literary documentaries into the audio and video podcast realm, Steph decided to apply her audio and video engineering skills and step up to this new medium of Internet broadcasting. |
